Concerns Grow Over Anti-White Sentiments in the Military Industrial Complex

Top executives of Lockheed Martin, a major player in the military industrial complex, participated in anti-white/anti-male indoctrination training last year. The nation’s largest defense contractor was exposed for taking part in the course by Christopher Rufo, a contributing editor of City Journal.

The participants were 13 of the highest-ranking members of Lockheed Martin, whose purpose for attending the program was to combat “white male culture” and “white male privilege”. According to White Men As Full Diversity Partners, the group responsible for conducting the training, white males in positions of authority do not deserve to be there because “white male culture” oppresses women and minorities. One of the employees stated his reason for being there was so that, “I [will] have less nagging sense of guilt that I am the problem”.

The curriculum included a series of statements framing white, male culture as inherently evil. Some of the statements included:

“My culture teaches me to minimize the perspectives and powers of people of other races”

“I can commit acts of terrorism, violence or crime and not have it attributed to my race”

“My earning potential is 15-33% higher than a woman’s”

“My reproductive organs are not seen as the property of other men, the government, and/or even strangers because of my gender”

Many argue that the ritualistic repetition of self-hating statements such as the ones above is borderline cultish. At the very least, it instills a sense of guilt for one’s “whiteness” or “maleness” and develops a system in which white men are made to be the scapegoat for all of society’s ills. Others also point out that cohesion is vital for success, especially in the military and defense industry when lives are potentially on the line. There is growing concern among members of the Department of Defense that the antagonistic view among the top brass toward white and male civilian employees and servicemen will create greater division and decrease the effectiveness of our Armed Forces in future conflicts.
