On this flap, you will also find the beloved GGG skull Icon on a leather patch. The flap itself has storage on the outside. Two 9x5 inch zippered pockets are lined with a soft tricot fabric to ensure that your glasses, jewelry, smartphone, or other delicate item remains unscratched. The front of the main body features two vertical zippers that when pulled down open a gate that allows the user to get to smaller items that you would need on a trip to the office. The reverse side of the gate has two zippered pockets to organize loose small items.
On the back wall of this compartment are 4 varying-sized pockets, made of stretch mesh, for securing larger items the size of backup batteries and rifle mags. There is also a pen pocket to carry the “stabby” pen. On the very top of this part of the Wanderer, you will find a 14-inch zipper allowing you to access a generous pocket that would carry an iPad Mini-sized device.
The main interior compartment is divided into a 2/3- 1/3 configuration. The smaller in size pocket is designed to carry your laptop. The rest of the volume could be taken up with all of the normal travel items, noise canceling headphones, a rolled-up jacket, and even a PDW rifle with the stock collapsed. There is a very simple side release buckle and webbing spanning the top of the bag to allow you to secure the contents of the bag in the flap is open and the bag tips over.
Low profile is the law for some of our customers. The wanderer will allow you to access your off body carry concealed pistol from a zippered pocket on the very back of the bag. The pocket is pleated to the inside of the bag so that you will not “print” the pistol to the observing crowd. That pocket is 15 inches wide across the back of the bag and it is 10.5 inches deep. Plenty of room for most commonly carried pistols and spare mags. The pocket is lined with a loop material that your hook-backed holsters will stick into with maximum adjustability.
