AR Concealment™ Plate Carrier

The vast majority of gun crimes are committed with a handgun. The AR Concealment plate carrier from Armored Republic gives you discreet, lightweight protection against those threats. Made of a tactical polyester blend with a thin cummerbund wrapping around the sides for a tight and comfortable fit, the AR Concealment carrier is perfectly suited for carrying our S2  or Hybrid soft body armor panels, an ergonomic solution for handgun protection.

The Concealment plate carrier emphasizes mobility and comfort by having a tight yet breathable fit under your clothing: The material is a moisture-wicking, breathable fabric that has a 4-way stretch capability to always move with you without chafing. It also features cummerbund-like straps around the sides for a tighter fit.

Armor Upgrades:

• The S2 soft body armor is made of Aramid and built for a balance between affordability and top-level capability. It is lightweight (at just 1.25 lbs) and has strong stopping power (defeating all handgun threats).
• Finally, the Hybrid soft body armor is constructed from industry-leading materials from Honeywell Spectra Shield®, Honeywell Gold Shield®, and other ballistic fabrics from respected manufacturers. The exceptional quality of these materials makes for an especially capable panel. The result is an ultra-thin and ultra-light piece of soft armor at 0.25” thick, 1.04 pounds.
