The Echo-Sigma Emergency Roll-Away (ER2) Mother Of All Bags (M.O.A.B.) is an all-in-one mobile emergency preparation system. Vital for evacuation or shelter-in-place scenarios, the Emergency System provides food, water, shelter, communications and first aid for two adults for an absolute minimum of three days (much longer with rationing).

We searched high and low to find an appropriate container to store and transport our Emergency System. Inevitably, everything we looked at was too small, too fragile, too hard to move or just plain not capable. All of that changed when we found the Loadout XL.

Featuring a cavernous main compartment and three additional external pouches, the Loadout XL really does the trick. One of the three external pouches is attached via one of two MOLLE attachment grid panels. One MOLLE grid panel is unused on the opposite side of the bag for your use in case you have your own MOLLE compatible containers.

Three beefy hard plastic wheels in the base keep you moving if you need to. Carry/Drag handles stow away in custom zipper compartments to avoid snags and rattle when not in use.

Water management is paramount during emergencies. The ability to carry, measure and purify water can easily mean the difference between an emergency being an inconvenience or a vital threat.

The 32oz Nalgene bottle is the classic tool for all of the above. Standard capacity means easy use of purifiers (drops, tablets or filters). Translucence allows you to easily verify the contents as well as the amount using graduated markings along the length of the bottle.
